Recreation Activity Design Curtin University Disc Golf ParkThe Curtin University Disc Golf Park is the first permanent disc golf course to be installed on the campus of a university in all of Australia.

Located on the grounds of Curtin University in Bentley, Western Australia, the picturesque course is situated on the manicured gardens at the university entrance on Kent St. A practice tee and basket compliment this 9 hole course with it’s 18 challenging tee positions dotted around the Jack Finney Wetlands. At the beginning of each hole, participants are offered to learn as they play with various facts about the local fauna and flora of the wetlands listed on each tee sign.

The Curtin Stadium is a great place to grab a coffee and scorecard before you begin. Discs are also available for hire and purchase from the Stadium, which is located on the adjacent oval. The course is free to play and open to the public. This course is beginner friendly and has a beginner level front 9 and a more challenging back 9 holes more suited to advanced level players. If you’re lucky you won’t lose your disc in the water!
