Poimena Disc Golf Course is located at Poimena Reserve, Austins Ferry, Tasmania. This is an Advanced level course with 18 permanent baskets and dual tees offers player 36 challening holes of disc golf. The course wraps around a steep hill, not only creating some exciting disc golf action, but also providing visitors with amazing views of the River Derwent. One of the old courses in Australia and orginally designed and installed by one of the sports stewards in Leigh Bird, Poimena Disc Golf Course remains a must play course for any disc golfer.
