About Us

About RAD Creations

Australia's specialist disc golf course development partner — built on decades of professional expertise, a deep respect for the sport, and a commitment to lasting quality.

Our Story

Three directors, one standard

RAD was founded by Chris Finn, and later a partnership formed with Andrew Ferguson and Chris Barringer — three disc golfers and professionals who share a belief that great disc golf courses don't happen by accident.

Purpose & Vision

Lasting quality and genuine community benefit

Everything we do comes back to these two things.

Families and children of all ages gathered with discs at a community open day in bushland parkland

Purpose

To help Australian communities and landowners create exceptional disc golf experiences that connect people with nature, each other, and an active outdoor lifestyle.

How We Work

Every Design Matters.

A manifesto for how we work.

We believe every piece of land has potential. That a disc golf course should feel like it belongs — woven into the landscape, respectful of ecology, safe for all users.

We don’t cut corners. We don’t drop a generic layout onto your site and call it done. We walk the land. We study the contours, the vegetation, the way people will move through the space.

We design for the beginner discovering the sport and the experienced player seeking challenge. We specify materials that last in Australian conditions. We plan for activation, because a course without players is just baskets in the ground. And we stay with you — monitoring, advising, helping your course grow.

This is what we mean by The right course, professionally designed and delivered for the best possible long-term outcome.

It’s not just a promise. It’s our standard.

DiscGolfPark Australia
‍— A Clarification.

RAD Creations is proudly independent and Australian-owned. While we respect the work of others in the industry, RAD was established to offer a distinctly Australian, evidence-led and design-driven alternative — one that prioritises site-specific outcomes and long-term landowner partnership over templated solutions. When you work with RAD, you work directly with the people designing and delivering your course.
