Validate

Know Your
Site

A rigorous, evidence-led feasibility process that gives councils and landowners the confidence to proceed before detailed design begins.

Why validate first?

Too many courses fail because they skip the fundamentals. We make sure your site, community and budget align for long-term success.

Confirms physical site suitability

We analyse terrain, drainage and vegetation against the demands of a quality course. You will know if the land can truly support great disc golf before you spend a dollar on design.

Defines realistic scope and budget

We provide a clear-eyed estimate of what is achievable. This prevents the common trap of underfunding a project or designing a course that cannot be maintained.

Questions

Validate
FAQs

Straight answers about the first and most critical stage of disc golf course development.

What does Validate include?

It is a thorough desktop and on-site assessment. We examine landform, vegetation, drainage, access, and safety. You receive a clear feasibility report, not a sales document.

How long does it take?

A standard validation takes three to four weeks. Complex sites or those requiring extensive stakeholder consultation may take longer. We will give you a firm timeline upfront.

What do we need to provide?

A site plan or map, any existing ecological or heritage reports, and access to the land. We also need a clear picture of your intended users and budget expectations.

What if the site fails?

You save money and reputation. We will explain exactly why it is unsuitable and, if possible, suggest alternative locations or land uses. Honesty protects your long-term outcome.

Is this just for councils?

No. We validate sites for schools, developers, golf courses, and private landowners. Any serious project benefits from an evidence-led start. The process adapts to your specific context.
