The Barwon Valley Disc Golf Course is Geelong’s first public course. Situated on the banks of the Barwon River, the course wraps around the park making use of the native gum trees and subtle elevation. The Barwon Valley course features 9 baskets with full course signage and concrete tee pads, plus a practive basket located at the main playground area. The course design is challenging for intermediate to advanced players. However, it is still suitable for players of all abilities. Home of the Geelong Disc Golf Club, Barwon Valley remains the course for the club months leagues.

An upgrade to the course with the inclusion of a full back nine layout is currently in development.
