The Tintinara DiscGolfPark is situated in the beautiful town of the same name. Located in the Coorong Shire district on the main highway linking Adelaide to Melbourne, the Tintinara Disc Golf Park is the first free to play, public disc golf course in South Australia.
The sparkling blue lake managed by the members of the local Tintinara Action Club is home to the course, with the 9 baskets and 18 tee positions wrapping their way around the oasis and extending up to the popular local Men’s Shed. The course installation is an initiative of the OPAL (Obesity Prevention and Lifestyle) program, and the course is popular amongst the local community and visitors traveling through the town.
A must stop location on the drive through the South Australian outback, the locals will be sure to meet you onsite if you want to have a game, you might find the water a little salty!
